Customers have 48 hours after receipt to return an outfit.
To be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The outfit must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Tags must be intact and still attached to the garment.
  • Any item that does not meet these conditions cannot be accepted

Our orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends).
Delivery times vary between 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
